Fire Grilled Meats, vegetables, & more

India has been making kebabs before fire. Ok, maybe not that early, but still it’s been a while. India has a long tradition of kebabs which vary across the country. They are all fresh, flavorful, and criminally delicious. We are bringing those authentic flavors to NYC. The best news: Kebabs can be enjoyed throughout all seasons and for all meals or even as a snack. We simply source the best ingredients, and cook with our soul.

From the street grill at the Greenwich Village which caused a sidewalk party to The New York Times Food festival in Bryant Park and of course at our own restaurants at Unapologetic Foods, these kebabs have been firing up New York City.

Caution: it’s addictive.

Kebabs are soulful.

Chef Chintan Pandya & restaurateur Roni Mazumdar of Unapologetic Foods are bringing you their next fiery deliciousness, Kebabwala.

Inspired by the street grills dotted across India, some of the fondest memories of Indian cuisines root from hanging out by these stalls and stuffing up on everything that came out of the grill.
